Made with organic beeswax, Sunflower Oil Infused with our organically grown Calendula flowers and Calendula Essential Oil.
 
The beeswax adds a layer of protection to the skin. Can also be used for bruises and muscle pain. This salve is used as a moisturizer to treat or prevent dry, rough, scaly, itchy skin and minor skin irritations (such as diaper rash, skin burns from radiation therapy). Emollients are substances that soften and moisturize the skin and decrease itching and flaking.
 
The dried petals of the Calendula plant are used in tinctures, ointments, and washes to treat burns, bruises, and cuts, as well as the minor infections they cause. Calendula also has been shown to help prevent dermatitis.
