UNIQUE CREEK HOMESTEAD SEEDS: All of our seeds are grown right here on our Unique Creek Homestead and not sourced from elsewhere. All seeds are collected each growing season and are 1-year old or less, stored in air-tight Mason jars. Seeds are harvested and labeled for storage each season, one plant/seed type at a time so seeds do not get mixed by accident during the process! The seeds we use at the start of each growing season come from the exact same seeds we sell!

ABOUT THESE SEEDS: The Aji White Fantasy pepper is a variety of the Aji Fantasy pepper that is known for its sweet, tangy flavor, mild heat, and citrus tones.
Here are some more details about the Aji White Fantasy pepper:
Appearance: The Aji White Fantasy pepper is white and shaped like a little hat when fully ripe. It has three or four flat wings and resembles a flying saucer.
Taste: Some say the Aji White Fantasy pepper tastes like a sweet tart candy.
Heat level: The Aji White Fantasy pepper has a mild heat level, averaging between 5,000 and 30,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU).
Uses: The Aji White Fantasy pepper can be eaten as an appetizer, or used to make sauce or salsa.
Plant: The Aji White Fantasy pepper plant can grow to be over 4 feet tall and is very productive.
 
Sow seeds in flats or pots 8 to 10 weeks prior to the expected outdoor planting date. Sow them shallowly, around 1/4 inch deep. Hot peppers, and especially super-hot peppers, have a well-earned reputation for being finicky to germinate, but you can increase germination rates by providing bottom heat (highly suggested).
