A healthy afternoon lunch of tomato & basil soup with added spicy radish microgreens and a pepperoncini pepper!
I sauteed the radish and chopped up pepperoncini on low heat in a small tablespoon or so of extra virgin olive oil, a dash of salt and pepper added in the mix as well.
I used a can of Progresso brand Tomato & Basil soup and then added the spicy radish microgreens, freshly picked from our greenhouse, along with a fresh organically grown pepperoncini pepper from one of our indoor growing plants.
